Dynapac inaugurates its new manufacturing facility in Pune

Dynapac India inaugurated its new manufacturing facility in Pune for its road construction equipment. The plant located at Pulgaon, Pune spans over 5.5 acres and has a production capacity of 1,200-1,500 units. With the new plant, Dynapac aims to boost up the sales in the market.

Fayat Group to buy Dynapac from Atlas Copco

Fayat Group has agreed to buy Dynapac, the road construction equipment division of Atlas Copco. Dynapac manufactures soil and asphalt rollers, pavers and planers. According to the agreement, the acquisition includes Dynapac?s sales and service operations in 37 countries and production units in Sweden, Germany, Brazil, India and China.
